At Pederson’s Farms, we love making healthier versions of some of your favorite foods. We also love the home cooks that use our products! So every few months, we enlist the help of some of our favorite home cooks to help show you just how easy it is to incorporate Pederson’s products into your life. They pick their favorite Pederson’s Farms product, create a recipe using that product, then demonstrate how to cook it on video! We call this the “Prep Rally” because of the camaraderie we have with our customers, but also because we love to just gather and share our experiences on cooking.

Kit runs a healthy food blog called “Kit’s Kitchen” where she creates real food recipes that are not only delicious, but also approachable, dependable, and easy to make! On her blog you’ll find tons of easy weeknight recipes and treats that cater to a healthy diet.
All of her recipes are gluten free, most are Paleo and Whole30, and lots are low carb and Keto! Her goal is to provide healthy recipes that you can count on to not only taste great, but also turn out well! Jennifer is a wife and mother of three in pursuit of better health for her family. After being gluten free for four years, and having a multitude of chronic health issues, she realized there was still too much processed “food” in her pantry and change was needed. Jennifer began feeding her family more meals from WHOLE foods and less from boxes. Her recipes are predominantly Paleo, meaning they are free of grain, gluten, dairy, and refined sugar, but make allowances for a few treats and sweets.
